Excited to share that my research on smart mattress sensors for detecting snoring and breathing disorders has been featured in a Finnish national magazine.
The article highlights how unobtrusive Emfit bed sensors, combined with advanced signal processing and machine learning algorithms, can improve the monitoring and diagnosis of sleep-disordered breathing. This technology provides a comfortable, continuous, and non-invasive alternative to traditional sleep studies.
This work is part of my research conducted at Tampere University and Emfit Ltd, focused on developing innovative biosignal solutions for better sleep health and early detection of respiratory issues during sleep.
